Tagina brings Umbria to Bologna. We like to think to Umbria, green heart of Italy, as a dreamed destination that many people would like to see and visit for the many treasures that you can find and for the several artistic and architectural beauties, without forgetting the gastronomic products, the peace and the quietness of the nature, the wide, variegated and uncontaminated landscapes. Many are those that had this privilege or has planned a trip to this region. For those who didn’t still made it , or wants to refresh their memory reviving moments of great intensity and full of emotion, Tagina has organized, with the cooperation of Regione Umbria, a space somewhat characterized at Cersaie in Bologna (Pav. 36 A/24 B27) where through images, sounds, colors, vegetation and something else, we wanted to recreate an environment with strong references to the region of origin. To underline the undisputed value of this land ,with the complicity of the Università dei Sapori di Perugia (www.universitadeisapori.it) we listed in agenda 3 days (Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29.9) with the chef gourmet Antonio Andreani that will present some typical products that are universally appreciated and requested and where you will be delighted to experience little but unforgettable tastings. The Umbrian lifestyle, like its wine and its olive oil, is something tangible and needs to be discovered driving along the streets of many Medieval towns, little villages, mountain pathways by which this region is rich. However, In Bologna will be possible to have a real and true taste visiting Tagina, company that has transformed the great artistic manufacturing of the ceramic masters in the last generation industrial production.
